One item on the list was mushrooms. So I will be making a Savory Asian Stuffed Mushrooms with White Rice and a side of Strawberry Balsamic Reduction. I will use  2 portobello mushrooms filled with finley sliced and sauteed fennel and carrots and sprouts. Adding minced garlic and ginger, soy and smoked paprika and corriandor and apple cider vinegar. Let in drain and place on top of the mushrooms and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 min or until browned. Serve with white rice and Balslamaic Starwaberry Reduction. Balsamic Vingear and strawberries and maple syrup, make your own.
