Not just any Manwhich Faith Place Kitchen

2lbs lean ground beef

1/4 tspcomplete bandia

1/8 tsp ginger

1 TBLS paprika

1 TBLS cumin

1 onion slivered

1 1/2 shots of red wine

1 1/2 shots workshire sauce

2 tbsp water

canned tomatoes garlic and herb (drained)

1 can Manwhich

Texas Toast / shredded cheese you favorite ( guuda)

Saute your onions on low for about 10min until slightly carmalized

Add your seasoning on low cook 2 min or until fragrant

Add your beef ( add a healthy oil sunflower, grapeseed) if using a lean meat

cook half way and add red wine vinegar, water and workshire sauce and let cook the done

while cooking add tomato’s and add Man-which. simmer for about 20min. Make a slurry with cornstarch and water and pour and stir so everything can thicken. Toast up that bread add meat and cheese.

Always SALT and PEPPER to taste. I have high pressure and use pink salt. Enjoy
